From the first booking of the afternoon to the 2 AM cash-up, everything your venue does runs on DriftBuddy. Here's each part, and what it does on a busy night.
The floor, live.
A floor plan of every room and station. Each one counts down, warms as it runs, turns yellow near the end and flashes red at time up, with the amount due on it.
- Start, pause, extend, move. Two taps each. Move a player to another station and the bill follows them.
- Prices per game type and time. Hourly rates, happy hours, weekend prices and per-player charges for PS5, PC, racing, VR and more.
- Collect any way. Cash, UPI, card, wallet or a split. Regulars can pay later within the limits you set.
- Players get told. A push a few minutes before time is up, and an extend button in their app.
Booked before they arrive.
Players pick a station type, a day and a slot on your site or in the app. The booking lands on your floor plan and holds the station.
- Real availability. Only free slots show, by station type and party size.
- Pay ahead or at the desk. From the wallet, online, or on arrival, your choice per venue.
- Reminders and check-in. A reminder before the slot; one tap at the desk starts the session.
- Your business day. Late-night venues set when the day turns over, so Friday night stays Friday.
Your venue's own coin.
Players load credit once and play all month. Name the coin, give it your emblem and set its rate, or keep the wallet in plain rupees.
- Top-ups with bonus packs. UPI, card or cash; bigger loads earn more, so money comes in before the game.
- Paid and free credit apart. Bonuses, rewards and refunds are tracked separately from what players paid.
- Approvals for big amounts. Large bonuses, corrections and take-backs wait for an owner, with a reason the player sees.
- Checked every hour. Every wallet is matched against its ledger; anything off is flagged.
Sell the kit. Ship it too.
A point of sale at the counter and an online shop on your own address, sharing one stock count.
- Sizes and colours. Variants with their own stock, photos and prices.
- GST invoices. Tax worked out per item, invoice sent with every order.
- Delivery or pickup. A deliveries queue for shipping, and pickup codes for the counter.
- Returns. Refund to the wallet or the original payment, with stock put back.
