01Who we are
DriftBuddy is a software service for gaming venues, run by SanctumCloud System Private Limited, 1309 Solaris Business Hub, near Bhuyangdev Char Rasta, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380063, India (“we”, “us”), GSTIN 24ABNCS0265J1Z5. These terms are the agreement between us and the business that signs up (“you”, the venue).
Your players use DriftBuddy through your booking site, shop and app. Your relationship with your players, including your prices, house rules and refunds to them, is between you and them.
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to sign contracts for the business.
- Keep logins private. You are responsible for what your staff do under their accounts and the roles you give them.
- Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
03Plans, trials and billing
- Each plan has limits on locations, stations and staff, shown on the pricing page when you sign up.
- Free trials last the number of days shown for your plan. We will remind you before a trial ends; nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
- Fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees, plus GST at the applicable rate. Setup fees, where shown, are charged once.
- If a payment fails we will tell you and retry. If it is still unpaid after 15 days we may limit your account to read-only until it is paid.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next billing period.
04Payments from your players
Online payments from your players are processed by Razorpay, or another payment provider you connect, under that provider's terms. Money your players pay goes to your account with the provider, not to us.
Wallet balances and any virtual currency you create are credit for use at your venue. They are your liability to your players, not ours, and they have no cash value with us. You decide whether they can be refunded and on what terms, and you must tell your players.
05Fair use
Do not use DriftBuddy to break the law, send spam, store content you have no right to, attack or overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that does, after warning you where we reasonably can.
06Your data
You own the data you and your players put into DriftBuddy. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
You can export your data at any time. After you close your account we keep it for 30 days so you can change your mind, then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).
07Availability and changes
We work to keep DriftBuddy running around the clock and will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. We improve the service often; if we remove a feature you rely on in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead.
08Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that could have been avoided by exporting it. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us; see cancellations and refunds. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms.
10Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, we will both try to settle the matter by talking for at least 30 days.
